Autumn/Winter Timetable 2024
We have sessions to suit everyone including pilates and strength and conditioning classes. All of my fitness sessions are on either a one-to-one basis or as group sessions. Please contact me to arrange a 1:1 PT session.
NEW: We have now added a special ‘Squats & Tots’ session to our timetable which is a mixture of pilates, and strength and conditioning. See below for details.
Booking Terms
Payment must be made at the time of booking, and in advance of the session commencing. Sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t make it to a class – that’s ok – all I ask is that you give a minimum of 24 hrs notice, and your payment will be credited towards your next booking. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. Rates and prices can vary at any time at the discretion of Tracey Murphy. Where this is deemed necessary you will be informed with sufficient notice.
